Millenium 3 is a Space Combat/Trading sim based on Elite and Frontier.

It is currently in development by a very talented Paul Roberts. The project was founded in 1997 and is currently on version Alpha4.3. The amount of work that has gone into this project is amazing and if you enjoy Space Sims I would reccomend the "2meg D/L."HERE
